Biography:
I am working under the supervision of Prof. Jeremy C. Smith and Dr. Xiaolin Cheng. My research projects are:
- Modelling of allosteric effects, energy propagation in proteins with elastic network model
- Molecular dynamics simulations of glassy water in high external electric fields
- Implementation of new features in LAMMPS (http://lammps.sandia.gov)
