- Anomalous protein dynamics: Atomic and coarse-grained modeling of protein inter-domain motion, using phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) as a model system

- Polymer properties of long cellulose single chains

- Antibiotics resistance: Effects of CoA-SH binding on structure and dynamics of aminoglycoside acetyltransferase(3)-IIIb (AAC3-IIIb), an antibiotics resistance causing enzyme

- Dielectric relaxation of bulk water in glassy state exposed to high external electric fields

- Implementation of new features in molecular dynamics simulation software LAMMPS (http://lammps.sandia.gov)
