Research Interests
- Adaptive Sampling Software Development:
Traditionally, we run MD simulations and analyze the data to understand a protein’s behavior, and are limited to these results. The adaptive sampling approaches I am working on sample from Markov State Models to select new initial states for more simulations. This process is iterated to explore the simulation space and efficiently sample states with high uncertainty the MSM. - Multiscale Dynamics:
Bridging the timescales reached in simulations to model slower, biologically relevant processes.
